A new urgent snapshot from the Ceasefire Now Coalition shows how Israel has continued to block lifesaving humanitarian aid in the two months since the ceasefire was announced.
With numerous children dying from winter floods and cold nights, it is now even more urgent for international governments to pressure Israel to ensure full unimpeded humanitarian access to Gaza.
This snapshot is based on reporting from 45 international and Palestinian NGOs across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Islamic Relief. It covers the period from 10 October, when the ceasefire was announced, to 30 November 2025.
The survey found:
- 85% of NGOs report Israeli forces or settlers blocking access to people in need
- 73% of NGOs in Gaza report vital supplies blocked from entering
- Nearly US$ 50 million in life-saving aid is being blocked from Gaza.
- Airstrikes continue daily, killing 357 people since the ceasefire began.
- At least 124 international NGO requests to bring goods into Gaza have been rejected in this period
- 1.29 million people in Gaza need emergency shelter as winter hits.
- In the West Bank, settler attacks and forcible transfers are at record levels.
Aid workers describe hospitals “overwhelmed” and communities saying, “we don’t speak of the future anymore.”
The new snapshot shows that conditions are worsening, not improving, and that Israeli restrictions continue to make large-scale aid delivery nearly impossible.
